 Shipping restrictions and other conditions

  1. Shipments are not made to PO Boxes, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Orders placed for any of these addresses will be cancelled.
  2. Some Greek islands may incur additional costs and/or delays in transportation. Before making the purchase you can consult them at shop@acebosshoes.com
  3. Shipments to the United Kingdom, as well as those to the International Zone, may incur customs charges. These will always be the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Only countries enabled in the drop-down menu on the Payment Page are available. For other countries, contact shop@acebosshoes.com

 

Conditions

  1. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. From Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 3 p.m. (Spanish time) will begin computing on time at 8 a.m. the next day. Orders placed on the weekend (starting on Friday at 3:00 p.m.) will begin to be counted starting on Monday at 8:00 a.m. 
  2. 1 delivery attempt will be made by the carrier. If it is unsuccessful, your order will be deposited at a collection point so that you can collect it within the next 7 days. After this period, the order will return to our warehouse, generating shipping costs to process it again, although in the initial order the shipping would have been free.
  3. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address online. If you need to modify any information, please contact shop@acebosshoes.com as soon as possible to report the incident.
  4. Orders are processed automatically and we cannot advance or delay shipping times.
  5. If customs charges occur, these will be borne by the client in all cases.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


GENERAL CONDITIONS

- You can exchange or return any model purchased in our online store during the 14 days following the delivery date.

- The product to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our facilities in the same condition in which it was sent, without signs of having been used and with its complete original packaging (box, protectors and labels).

 

CHANGES

Conditions

  1. The first change is free.
  2. Changes can be made for size and color of the same model. If you want to change the model, it will be necessary to carry out a new purchase operation.
  3. If the requested size or color is not available, there are two options:
  4.   a) Receive a Voucher with the amount paid in the initial order, without expiration, to be able to purchase any other item available on the website.
  5.   b) Refund the initial transaction and make a new purchase.
  6. For the second and subsequent changes to the same Order, shipping and/or collection costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Change procedure

1º) Send us an email to shop@acebosshoes.com and request your change, providing the following information:

Order Number, Date, Name, Telephone, Color/Size purchased, Color/Size to replace and Reason 

2º) We will indicate the steps to follow so that we can receive the product.

3º) Once the merchandise is received, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the previous Section: “General conditions”.

4º) If the change is accepted, we will inform you via email and we will proceed to send the requested product.

5º) If the exchange is denied, we will inform you of the reasons in the same way and we will make the product available to you in the same conditions and packaging that we received it so that you can order its collection.

 

RETURNS (TOTAL OR PARTIAL)

Conditions

- Refund is understood as those operations that require total or partial reimbursement of the payment made.

- For returns, shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

 

Return procedure (total or partial)

1st) Send us an email to shop@acebosshoes.com and request your change, providing the following information:

Order Number, Date, Name, Telephone, Color/Size to be returned and Reason 

2º) We will indicate the steps to follow so that we can receive the product.

3º) Once the merchandise is received, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the Section of this document: “General conditions”.

4º) If the return is accepted, we will notify you via email and we will proceed with the corresponding refund, using the same payment method that you used, it being not possible to make the deposit by other means.

The refund will correspond to the returned products, except for shipping costs, if any in the initial order.

5º) The time necessary to process the refund of the amount may vary depending on the payment method used:

- Credit card: Our bank will refund the amount of the return 7 days after the email confirming the accepted return. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on your credit card provider.

 - PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email of the accepted return.

6º) If the return is denied, we will inform you of the reasons in the same way and we will make the product available to you in the same conditions and packaging that we received it so that you can order its collection.
